About Victoria Cirone

Victoria Cirone is a personal trainer and long-distance runner based in Vancouver, Canada. She has a Masters of Science in Rehabilitation Sciences along with a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology. Victoria is passionate about helping people form healthy and long-term exercise habits so they can live their best life outside of the gym!

Victoria’s running journey started when she completed her first solo marathon. From there, she has grown to love running, the community, and the strength she’s gained from it. Victoria has used strength training to guide her in various running races such as the marathon, half-marathon, and 10 kilometre race.

Victoria completed her Masters of Science (Rehabilitation Science) from the University of British Columbia, and her Bachelors of Science (Kinesiology) from McMaster University. She is interested in exercise, menopause, and brain health research.
