What To Expect at Lift (To Run) Stronger

Lift (To Run) Stronger provides online strength training programs that are customized to your goals. Each program comes with an intake call, online custom strength training program, and check-in calls every two weeks. You can choose from 4, 6, and 8-week options.

Note: This applies to all programs and will take place after you have filled out the intake form and waiver.

Which program is right for me?

4 Week Program

Try out a Lift (To Run) Stronger program, and see what it is all about! You can get a feel for the exercises, build some strength, and develop the habit of strength training.

6 Week Program

The 6-week program is a great balance of intensity and commitment. Here, you will be able to build strength through multiple weeks of workouts that challenge you, and hone in on the factors affecting your strength training habit.

8 Week Program

In the 8-week program, you have the opportunity to get into a solid rhythm with your strength training. Here, you can review your training progress over 8 weeks and see how far you have come.

Step 1: 30-Minute Intake Call

A Zoom call to learn about you, your goals, and your current experience with strength training. Here we will discuss your goals, motivation for joining Lift (To Run) Stronger, and how to best support you.

Step 2: Your Online Strength Training Program

An online strength training program will be created for you! It will include the exercises, form cues, and more in an easy-to-modify format. This way, you can track and see your progress over time.

Step 3: Check-In Calls

You can expect 15-minute Zoom calls every two weeks to check in on how the workouts are and how you are doing. This is an opportunity to reflect on the factors helping you build or sustain your strength training habits.
